How to Use Lemon in Skincare Routine

Today we will see about the topic “How to Use Lemon in Skincare Routine?” Lemon or citrus lemon is the wonder fruit for my body. I love the fruit all throughout the year. This is because I have always found lemon works drastically well on my tanned skin. Whenever I have fresh tan then rather than investing on the expensive de tanning face packs and salon visits, I use lemon slices and they work wonderfully well on my dry dull prone skin.

I will tell you different ways in which I use lemon slices for my skin. But first let’s move ahead with the recent skin pampering session with lemon slices.

How I use Lemon in Skincare Routine?

Since the summers have officially started in Delhi, my skin has also started to tan. And thus every evening after returning from office, I like to do some of the other skin facial session at my home only. Sometimes I use market available face packs, some times I design my own face packs. So, this time I used a combination of both.

I am recently trying Forest Essential Narangi and Nagkesar Ubtan. This is actually a luxurious scrub which works very well on my tanned skin. It takes away the tiredness and the dullness which my skin fells after a day of it’s usage. So, I tried the Forest Essential Ubtan and gave it enough time to dry on my skin. Once the face pack is dry, I rub the lemon slices all over the face and give it some standing time and then rinse your face with water. Sometimes, let me tell you the truth, I even forget rinsing my face. What more can you do when you have a year old kid? Anyways, even if you don’t wash your face, the lemon slices will fall off eventually.

So, after this face pack, I find my face cleaned and the traces of tiredness are no more there. It looks like a good fresh face. Sometimes I even can see the hint of dewiness on my face. I prefer using lemon slices after any face pack these days. I also sometimes use lemon slices on it’s own on my face. I find it good in dealing with skin pigmentation or uneven colour issues which I normally face on my facial skin.
