I bought Safescreen Darjeeling Sunscreen from Chosen by dermatology after seeing promo of it on their official Instagram page. They have more than 6 variants of sunscreen, I selected Darjeeling as it had some moisturizing property and high SPF. Usually I prefer sunscreen which has some moisturizing effect rather than a matt one.
Safescreen Darjeeling Sunscreen comes in a sleek packing with pump type mechanism. Lotion is neither thick nor too runny, it is white in color and gets absorbed into the skin with a good massage. It does leave a little white cast if you use too much products. Little comes a long way in this product, one pump of this sunscreen would be more than enough to protect your face from sun’s harmful rays. It can be used for both body and face.
Darjeeling sunscreen has sun protection of SPF 60 and it doesn’t need to reapplied like other sunscreen lotion. I have a combination skin, I skip application of moisturizer while using this sunscreen. But if you are applying moisturizer before sunscreen, make sure you leave a time gap of 5 min between these application. Safescreen sunscreen lotion is compatible with makeup, but makeup has to applied 5 minutes after application of this sunscreen. It does not make my skin sweat or sticky.
Darjeeling sunscreen is water resistant for 8 hours, hence it could a ideal choice for beach vacation. One thing I like most about this sunscreen is, it doesn’t need to be reapplied frequently. I kind of feel that it is pain in the neck to apply sunscreen especially during vacation.
