Rimmel oil free eye makeup remover is water like in consistency and comes in a flip top bottle. It contains no oil and does not leave any oily residue like Maybelline eye makeup remover. As far as the makeup removing property is concerned it has let me down, it removes eye liner or mascara only after constant rubbing of the eye lids with cotton ball soaked in remover. Even after these serious rubbing it still leave some traces of makeup. As an add on, it stings eyes too. When it comes to long lasting lip makeup it removes it after a couple of wipes.

I don’t recommend Rimmel eye makeup remover even though it is oil free, it doesn’t serve it’s purpose or claims.
