Hey guys today I’m going to review the Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy Mascara in Black. The Estée Lauder Pure Colour Envy Lash Waterproof Multiple Effects mascara (off a long long name) is one of the most underrated and unique mascara I’ve ever used.
Packing: First of all, let’s talk about this luxurious packaging. It comes in a baby blue body and gold accents. The product feels heavy and definitely doesn’t feel like cheap plastic. It is so beautiful to look at that one will stay in awe of how gorgeous one mascara can be.
Wand: Onto the wand which will just surprise you as it surprised me. The wand has 3 different kinds of bristles to achieve 3 different kinds of look.It has both nylon fibres as well as silicon bristles. It has one nylon fibre side which provides immense volume and lifts the lashes upwards. The silicon side provides length and separates the lashes to avoid clumping. This for me is a major reason why I got this mascara. I’ve need ever seen a mascara wand like this one.Also, this 3 bristles in one idea totally work as you can control what effect you want and also incorporate all of them together with no problem at all.
Texture: Onto the texture of the mascara. This is a creamy smooth formula. It is infused with the goodness of argon, jojoba and coconut oils. All these make it very smooth and easy to apply. It also had silk powders in it which makes lashes feel incredibly soft to touch.
Pigmentation: The colour is the richest form of black I’ve ever seen. The colour is intense by all means. The formula is balanced and can be built up easily. This creamy, lightweight and build-able formula also doesn’t weigh your lashes down.
Since it is waterproof it stays for as long as you want it to stay. It is absolutely humidity resistant and totally smudges free. Having said that it is a bit of a pain to remove it but makeup removing balm is always the way to go. Overall I’m absolutely in love with this Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy mascara since it’s waterproof I don’t wear it everyday but whenever I look to get myself just a little extra something this totally comes up. I love this product and pretty sure you’d love it too!
