1. Oranges:

Oranges help in reducing the melanin pigments in the skin. If you would like to make glowing and radiant complexion yours, drink orange juice twice a week and apply the pulp of the oranges on your face for 15 minutes and wash it off. Do this for a couple of months and you will see a visible difference in your complexion.

If you are wondering how to make this mask, this is how you do it : Take one tbsp of rice bran powder and mix it with warm water. Apply over your skin in circular motion and leave it off for 7-10 minutes and wash with lukewarm water.
