I think that most of you guys will be aware of the newly launched maybelline go Graffiti. Flower power nail paint is one among that. This is a clear top coat with big white flowers, small white dots, orange and white hexes.

The hexes and the little dots spread on easily without any streaky effect, as far as the flowers are concerned it comes in the brush once in a blue moon. If the flowers would have been a bit small it would have been easy, I think. It dries off quickly and have a staying power of 4 days. This top coat will look good over any dark color polish.
