Today, we will check out the review of House of makeup – Here to stay Kajal Noir. Noir is jet black pencil-type kajal and it comes along with a free sharpener.
I got this Kajal from Myntra. The pigmentation of the kajal is fantastic. It is creamy in texture and spreads on the waterline smoothly without any tugging or pulling. Noir kajal can also be used on the upper lash line, but I have not tried it yet. Among all the pencil kajal I have used, I feel that the product wastage is relatively high with this one. Usually, pencil Kajal from Sugar and Revlon lasts around 5 months for me, but this one is nearly half gone within 2 months.
The kajal is waterproof, smudge-proof and has a staying power of 4-6 Hours. It comes off easily with a good eye makeup remover.

House of makeup Kajal has good pigmentation, and decent staying power. The Only down side is the product wastage. This kajal would last for 3 months with daily usage.
