Hey guys today I’m going to review the Colour Pop Ultra Satin Liquid Lipstick shade Rever. The Colour Pop Rever Ultra Satin Liquid Lipstick comes in the classic colour pop body with a gorgeous gold lid and starts on the lower body. The lower body is transparent so you can see the amount of lipstick left and used.It comes with a standard doe foot applicator with is very easy to use. It is by far the most convenient applicator I’ve used. You can easily fill in you lips and make precise application using the pointy tip.
Coming onto the colour. It is a bright orange red with warm undertones. This is a perfect shade for any Indian occasion or any summer party. It is loud, different and will totally make a statement. Keeping a neutral eye is recommended. The payoff will blow your mid. It is so densely opaque that one swipe is enough to get an even application. The colour applies evenly and smoothly across the lips.
Since it’s a satin lipstick and not a matte lipstick the consistency is rather smooth. I feel this is the best texture a liquid lipstick can have as it doesn’t transfer as much as a normal lipstick and doesn’t dry out your lips like any matte lipstick. This is just the perfect combination. The colour stays on for good 6 hours despite all the eating and talking. This makes it both comfortable and extremely long wearing.
It can be removed easily my using a my favorite Loreal makeup remover on a cotton. It will take some time and can also leave a bit of a stain. But after good 2 minutes everything comes all.

Overall all this lipstick is great if you’re looking for a unique shade in your vanity and also because of how it wears. It’s rare to find a long lasting lipstick without it being dry. This lipstick isn’t hydrating but it won’t take away much hydration of your lips. I’m totally in love with this shade Rever from Colour Pop Ultra Satin Liquid Lipstick. It’s definitely out of my “nude-lover” comfort zone but I’ll totally give it a try so should you!
