I have already tried the SUGAR Toupe Tom (Dark Grey) eyebrow pencil from SUGAR; it is suitable for women with fair complexion.
SUGAR Arch Arrival Brow Definer comes in a twist up type packing with a spoolie brush in one end and eyebrow pencil in the other end. The twist mechanism works in both ways so the exess product can be twisted back without any hassle. The eyebrow pencil has a slanting end which makes the drawing of thick or thin lines a breezy task. The spoolie brush which comes along with it helps in setting the brow at the place. Jerry Brown is a dark brown shade it the perfect for women dusky to medium skin tone.
The pencil has a waxy outer layer, I scrapped it off, and it worked perfectly without any tugging, but if you try to use it without removing in the waxy coating, you would be a bit disappointed. As far as the pigmentation is considered, it is just right to get the natural look. I have been using this pencil for past four months, and in that period, it did get broken once. The pencil is water as well as smudge proof. It has a staying power of 8 hours, and it could be easily removed with the help of Loreal eye makeup remover.
