My Experience :

This Revlon eyeliner pencil was recommended by one of my friend. As you can see in the picture I have finished more than half of the product. This is one of the eyeliner which I reach for when I am in a hurry as it gives an awesome pigmentation within 2-3 swipes. This is revlon eyeliner is a wooden pencil, it comes with a plastic cap. The quality of the plastic is good, I have dropped it down a couple of times yet it has not broken.

The texture of the pencil is smooth and soft, yet it does not break during sharpening. The shade is just amazing it’s nearly jet black in color. It last for around 3 hours when worn on lower waterline as kohl but after that it starts to smudge, but does not give raccoon eyes.

It looks beautiful when worn on upper lash line but if I rub my eyes even once it is all over my eyelid, so it is not a good idea to use it as a eyeliner. As it blends and smudges easily it can be used to make beautiful smokey eye look. It is not water proof but it does not claims as one too.

Final Verdict :

Revlon pencil eyeliner can be used as Kohl and to create smokey eye. It lives up to what it claims.
