History of Half Saree

Half saree which is also known as “Langa Voni” or “Pavadai Davani” is mostly worn by women and girls in South India. This is a three-piece clothing item which comprises of a long skirt, blouse and dupatta. This is very similar to the lehenga choli, the only difference is in the draping style of the dupatta and the material.
