Diocletian’s Palace– One of the ancient Roman ruins. There are lot of bars, restaurants, cafes, street shopping, street food, and live music near this place. All Game of thrones fans this where Daenerys kept her dragons.
Bell Tower- It is located near Diocletian’s Palace. Bell tower is one of the tallest tower in Split with the giant bell. Once you climb up the tower you will get a panoramic view of the city. It is build in 15th-century tower and is a must visit. If you are claustrophobic or afraid of heights it is better to avoid climbing the tower.
Gregory of Nin-A giant statue, the legend says if you touch it, you will come back to split again. Who wouldn’t dare to do it? It’s lovely and it is just outside a garden, vibrant place to be.
Bačvice Beach- If you want to meet people, this is the place. It’s in the city center, favorite not only for tourist but among locals too. It’s a sandy beach, with sunbeds.Sea water is amazingly clear. There are some excellent restaurants to grab a beer or coffee.
Papalićeva Street in Split became famous after Slave Rebellion Scene from Game of thrones.
Krka falls- One of my favorite place in Split, It is 30 mins drive from the city split. You can go there by bus or boat, but I prefer AC bus. It is more comfortable and it will take you in less time. It is unbelievable dreamy and magical. The water is crystal clear, and everything is well-organized tour companies.
